3Search and curate public information▶

Collect gov and Legco docs on the flu programme. Focus on decision-making and data management. Use government telephone directory.

4Raise questions under the Code on Access to Information▶

Draft clear request to relevant department (e.g. Dept of Health). Send by Weeks 3–4; expect ~3 weeks (up to 7) for response.

5Collect community data (in parallel)▶

Design small-scale collection (survey, site observations). Use fieldwork allowance (HK$300/student; Week 6 deadline).

6Analyse data and make recommendations▶

7Present to Legco via the Redress System▶
